As promised, we've got another fine selection of chickens ready to go. These ladies however, are a "Poulet Rouge" breed from France. Yup, all the deliciousness without the expensive plane ticket. Now you can taste what all the fuss over a French roast chicken is all about. It's a truly wonderful taste experience.
Orders will be ready beginning Monday, August 23. Delivery is available in the Bountiful and Provo areas. If for whatever reason you aren't able to come pick-up your order here on the farm in Woods Cross, email us and we'll try to find another central meeting point.
The cost is $3.35/lb. The chickens range in weight from 3-6 lbs. They are sold whole...as in not separated into wings, breasts, thighs, etc. If you would like your order cut up there will be an additional $2.00 fee. We ask for a $2.00 deposit per chicken to secure your order. Your balance is payable upon pick-up / delivery. All our chickens are processed humanely here on the farm by a certified / licensed butcher.
